Fisun Ercan is December’s business personality
The jury of Verdun’s Foundation for Local Development finished the year 2009 by choosing Fisun Ercan as the business personality for the month of December. An exceptional woman, she is the chef and owner of Su restaurant located at 5145 Wellington Street. A native of Izmir in the Turkish Mediterranean coast, this L’Île-des-Soeurs resident selected Verdun to open her first restaurant.
