Chef Fisun Ercan

I have been a food aficionado since my childhood and Chef de Cuisine, specializing in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, since 2001.

Cooking was a tradition in my family and I have been raised with a passion and appreciation for good food. After immigrating to Canada, I decided to put my culinary skills to professional use. After completing a Managerial Cooking diploma at LaSalle College, I started to provide catering services from home.

In addition, my desire to share my passion about food led me to article writing. Currently, I write a monthly page in a professional food magazine (Lezzet).

In 2006, I opened Restaurant Su to share these passions with the public.

I am pleased to serve all of our guests with our Turkish specialities, which are prepared with love and passion. I hope you will be pleased with our service and look forward to seeing you soon.
